Fresh Goat's Cheese with Pumpkin Compote and Almonds

Queijo de Cabra Fresco com compota de Abóbora e amêndoas

INGREDIENTS

4 slices of fresh Serra das Fragas goat's cheese

Serra das Fragas pumpkin compote

Sliced and peeled almonds

Sprigs of Mint

PREPARATION

Place a small portion of pumpkin compote in the dish. Place slices of fresh cheese on top, overlapping. Then make a line of flaked almonds on top of the cheese. Garnish with the mint.
