Mature Cheese Skewers with Basil and Tomato

Espetos de Queijo Curado com Manjericão e Tomate


150 grams of mature goat's cheese in regular cubes 

10 cherry tomatoes cut into quarters

Basil leaves qs

Coriander seeds to taste

Peel of half an orange


Skewer the basil leaves wrapped around the cherry tomatoes. At the end of the skewer place cheese cubes in order to serve as a base. Remove all the white part of the orange peel and cut into julienne strips (small strips). Heat the coriander seeds in a frying pan to begin to release the aroma. Crush the coriander seeds with a mortar and pestle together with strips of orange. Sprinkle the dish with these grains and serve.
