INGREDIENTS

Serra das Fragas Spicy Mature Goat's Cheese

Pitted Black olives to taste

Sprigs of fresh rosemary

PREPARATION

Cut generous cubes of spicy mature cheese without removing the outer rind.

Choose some rosemary sprigs with strong, good-looking stems and cut them to the same length. Skewer the olive on the sprig and then skewer the sprig in the middle of the cheese cube. Arrange on a plate.
