FRESH PASTEURIZED GOAT'S CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

Pasteurized goat's cheese, rennet, salt.
APPROXIMATE WEIGHT

180 g and 900g

PRESENTATION

Small cheeses packed in a plastic pot; and large cheeses packed in a closed, sealed plastic box.

PRESERVATION

Keep in the refrigerator.

 

Fresh cheese with a very velvety texture and flavour.

Very balanced touch of salt.

Enjoy it as a starter, on its own, or as a dessert served with pumpkin or red fruit jam.

 

MATURED PASTEURIZED GOAT'S CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

Pasteurized goat's cheese, rennet, salt.
APPROXIMATE WEIGHT

2 x 90 g (pack) and 500 g (whole) ou 250 g (half).
PRESENTATION

Platter type, vacuum packed, packets with two cheeses, whole or half.

TYPE OF MATURING

Traditional maturing.

PRESERVATION

Keep in the refrigerator.

 

Traditionally matured cheese. Smooth and consistent texture. Its very balanced salt content does not affect its fine taste and reveals all the aroma and taste.

 

After unpacking, it is recommended to wash the cheese in warm water and dry it well with a cloth. Leave at room temperature for at least an hour and it is then ready to be tasted. Its skin is edible because it does not have any artificial coating.

 

SPICY MATURED PASTEURIZED GOAT'S CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

Pasteurized goat's milk, rennet, salt, spicy pepper paste.
APPROXIMATE WEIGHT

2 x 90 g (pack)| 500 g (whole)| 250 g (half)
PRESENTATION

Platter type, vacuum packed, packets with two cheeses, whole or half.

TYPE OF MATURING

Traditional maturing spread with pepper paste.

PRESERVATION

Keep in the refrigerator.

 

Traditionally matured cheese. Hard texture. Suitable for those who like strongly flavoured cheese. 

 

After unpacking, it is recommended to leave it at room temperature for at least an hour and it is then ready to be tasted. Goes well with a good red wine. The rind is edible because it does not have any artificial coating. 

 

GOAT'S CHEESE MATURED IN OLIVE OIL

INGREDIENTS

Matured pasteurized goat's cheese, olive oil, oregano.

Glass bottle with three or four long-keeping cheeses.

Traditional maturing.

PRESERVATION

No need to store in the refrigerator.

 

Small matured cheeses, well dried, preserved according to an ancient tradition.

The olive oil, also selected in the region, preserves the product and gives it a unique texture and flavour.
A good wine and a slice of rye bread do the rest…
