MATURE MIXED-MILK COW AND GOAT'S CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

Pasteurised cow and goat's milk, rennet and salt.
APPROXIMATE WEIGHT

2 x 90 g (pack) and 500 g (whole) or 250 g (half).
PRESENTATION

Flat, vacuum packed, 2-unit packs, whole or half.

RIPENING METHOD

Traditional ripening method.

STORAGE

Keep refrigerated.

 

Cheese ripened in the traditional manner. A smooth and consistent slightly buttery paste. Its well-balanced salt content does not affect its delicate flavour and enhances its aroma and taste.

 

Its is recommended that after unpacking, it should be washed with warm water and dried well with a cloth. Leave at room temperature for at least an hour and then it will be ready to be sampled.  The rind is edible because it does not have any artificial coating.
